A complete refurbishment & reconfiguration of this 1800's house. After an initial feasibility study the conservatory is being demolished to make way for a new stone extension, which will move the current small Kitchen to the heart of the home with an open plan Dining room. The entrance hall is being re-configured to create a large lobby with Grand Piano and three new bathrooms are being created on the first floor. The whole house is being thermally updated with internal insulation along with a ground source heat pump and photo voltaics to the roof. The house will use new smart home technology to manage temperature, lighting and sound with Cat 7 cables throughout.
